2. Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends & public holidays).
· Orders placed after 11:00 AM Cairo Time will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Restrictions
· Age Verification (18+): Vape products require age confirmation. The delivery agent may request ID verification upon delivery.
· Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your shipping details are accurate. If a package is undeliverables due to a wrong address, you may need to cover reshipping fees.
6. Failed Deliveries & Refunds
· Delivery Attempts: Our courier will try to deliver twice. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund processed (minus any shipping fees).
· Refund Time: Refunds take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
